Our Shipping & Returns Policy:

Shopping with confidence – it’s the assurance we know you want.
When you shop at Bedazzledbyrani, you enjoy confidence – the confidence of knowing that
if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to any
Bedazzledbyrani store and we will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within
the guidelines outlined below.
This policy applies to all purchases made from Bedazzledbyrani, online or in store.

Proof of Purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied
by any of the following Proof of Purchase documents:
Original register receipt (no photocopies accepted)
    • Proof of Purchase (included with all online purchases and Click & Collect)
    • Original return/exchange receipt
    • An authorised Returns Slip
Change of mind

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Bedazzledbyrani will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

    • You have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase; and
    • The item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and is as sold originally to you); and
    • The item is not a Special Exception (see below):

If you are unable to provide satisfactory Proof of Purchase, Bedazzledbyrani may, in its absolute discretion, provide you with an exchange to the current value of the item, provided that:

    • The item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and is as sold originally to you); and
    • We can verify that the item was originally purchased from Bedazzledbyrani; and
    • The item is not a Special Exception (see below); and
    • Satisfactory Identification is presented at the time of the return.

Bedazzledbyrani will accept:

    • A current Drivers Licence, including Learners permit with photograph
    • Proof of Age card that is approved by the Government with photograph and signature within the seal
    • Blind Citizens Card with photograph
    • Australian or International Passport
    • Police, Government or Armed Services sealed identification card with photograph and signature within the seal
    • Pension cards for aged, invalid widows, supporting parents and carers

In the circumstance where you are unable to exchange an item, subject to authorisation from a Bedazzledbyrani Manager, Bedazzledbyrani may in its absolute discretion provide you with a Bedazzledbyrani gift card to the current value of the item.

Consumer guarantees
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Bedazzledbyrani. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value of the product.

Gift Cards/ Bonus items/Bundled items
All Gift Cards or bonus items attached to the primary purchased products, or all elements of any bundled items, must also be returned with the original purchase. If not, the value of any such NOT returned Gift Card, bonus or bundled item or utilised portion of any Gift Card will be deducted from any refund.

Special Exceptions
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on the following items unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of manufacturer's warranties or consumer guarantees; or where otherwise required by law.

    • earrings for pierced ears

Return Process

Please familiarise the full Return Process. As indicated, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your returned from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. All Returned goods must be approved by us. before being returned.

Return Locations
The quickest and easiest way to return a product, whether purchased online or in-store to go to our Bedazzledbyrani store in Doncaster, Melbourne, Australia.
For products purchased online, you may also return the item by first getting an authorised Return Slip from us by emailing us or calling us and, then send the item or items to:

Please include your completed Return Slip on the back of your Proof of Purchase with your goods. An Online Customer Relations Assistant will call you to process your return once the goods have been received. Bedazzledbyrani will not reimburse postage costs for returned items unless the item is faulty.

Payment Method
For all purchases made with PayPal and purchases made with Bedazzledbyrani Gift Cards we will provide refunds to a Bedazzledbyrani Returns Card that can be used in-store and online For all other purchases, Bedazzledbyrani will refund using your original payment method, or, where appropriate and at Bedazzledbyrani’s sole discretion, on a Bedazzledbyrani Gift Voucher.

Shipping Process

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
