You may also access your own information where it is held via on online portal by accessing your own account over the internet.

Normally we will provide a record of your personal information to you via your preferred contact method (phone, email or mail), and we will not charge a fee.

If your request is unlawful or may interfere with the privacy of others we may reasonably refuse to provide access to your personal information.

Correction of your personal information

If you would like us to update or amend your personal information, please contact us and we will make the requested amendments.

Complaints

Customer Testimonials and Reviews

We post customer testimonials and reviews on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information. We do obtain the customer's consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. When a customer chooses to post a review of a product, we ask for a nickname and location. If you would like to request to have your testimonial or review removed from our site you may do so my contacting us at info@bedazzledbyrani.com

Product Alerts

We provide our users with the ability to sign up to receive product alerts such as when the price of an items drops. We ask for the users email address for the purposes of providing this information. If you wish to no longer receive these product alerts you may email us at info@bedazzledbyrani.com
